Ottawa chapter newsletters, the Capital Celiac News, are published four times a year: January, May, September and November (or thereabouts). They contain the latest updates on research, food recalls, area events, recipes, businesses, travel and more!

To SIGN UP for our newsletters, please send us a message via the "Contact Us" link above. Newsletters are automatically sent to all Celiac Ottawa members in the Ottawa Chapter area (up to Timmins, south to Peterborough, west to Sudbury, and the Outaouais).
