Baking Talk and Conference Report . We welcome guest speaker Sue Jennett, hostess of her own gluten-free baking show on Cogeco Cable, who will tell us about how baking, even simple things at home, can enhance the GF diet for an entire family. We also welcome Adam Hudson, a registered dietitian, who will be providing his perspective and report from the CCA national conference in Edmonton.
